What is Grape Seed oil ?

Grape seed oil is oil extracted from the seeds of grapes and generally used in two sectors – Cosmetics and Culinary. Grape seed oil gives many health benefits to our skin and hair as it is rich source of essential fatty acid and vitamin E. Grape seed oil also contains polyphenols and flavonoids which are strong ant-oxidants.

These nutrients in Grape seed oil helps in skin repair and have some antiseptic properties. In cosmetic industry Grape seed oil is widely used. When mixed with other oils, Grape seed oil becomes excellent for massage as it is absorb by our skin easily.

Moisturizing and Conditioning :-

Like olive oil, Grape seed oil is an effective natural conditioner, offering the hair moisturize and vitamins. Regular use of grapeseed oil as part of your regular hair care regime has shown to produce stronger, healthier hair. 1. Create a mixture :-

2. Immerse in hot water :-

Fill your sink with hot water. It is probably necessary to put a plug in your sink to prevent the water from flowing out. Immerse the plastic bag in the hot water for several minutes to warm the mixture.

3. Wash your hair :-

Meanwhile, wash your hair thoroughly with a shampoo. Rinse the shampoo and dry your hair.

4. Apply the grapeseed oil :-

The grapeseed oil in the plastic bag should be hot enough after you wash your hair. Now you need to gather your hair as if you want to make a ponytail. Please check the oil temperature before applying to make sure that the oil is not too hot. Simply apply the oil starting at the base to the tip of your hair. Do not use the entire supply of hot oil, so you can use the remaining oil to massage your scalp gently.

5. Alternative method :-

You can also wrap a warm towel over your head after applying the oil to your hair and scalp. Dip a towel in warm water, wring out the water, and cover your head with it. Leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing the oil with a shampoo.

6. Repeat regularly :-

For the best results, repeat this hot oil treatment twice a week or as needed. You can also try to apply any mixture to a small area of your skin to test it.
